Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and xh777 ("xh777", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the xh777 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at xh777.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific products, promotions or features available on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives awarded to a User subject to specific bonus terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the xh777 website at xh777.cam and any associated mobile applications or services operated by xh777.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available within each Account.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional and support services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the xh777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. xh777 is strictly an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering enforceable contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.

3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. xh777 does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.4 Prohibited Users

The following persons are not permitted to register or hold an Account:

• Individuals under the minimum age threshold set out in Section 3.1.
• Individuals located in or resident of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Individuals who have previously had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Individuals subject to self-exclusion on the Platform.
• Employees, contractors, agents or affiliates of xh777 or its technology and service providers, or immediate family members of such persons, except where explicitly permitted in writing.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming and betting Services on xh777, you must complete the Account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation or operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xh777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold or forfeit any balances pending investigation upon discovery of duplicate Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. You agree to notify xh777 immediately via the Platform's Live Chat or Help Centre if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. xh777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

xh777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon review of Account activity. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed, with balances subject to compliance review.

Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your Account and the Services are provided for your personal entertainment use only. The use of the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting syndicate, acting as an agent for third parties, or systematically exploiting pricing errors for financial gain, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Accurate Information

You agree at all times to provide accurate and truthful information to xh777. Any deliberate misrepresentation of your identity, age, location or financial circumstances is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

5.3 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Platform in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. xh777 does not accept responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other relevant legislation to their specific circumstances.

5.4 Platform Availability

xh777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. xh777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your xh777 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Account is PKR-denominated. xh777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from a payment method held in your own name.

Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as illustrative examples of payment types. Such references do not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or partnership between xh777 and any named payment provider, nor do they guarantee availability of any specific method at any given time.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the payment method selected and the KYC status of your Account.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has completed the required level of KYC verification; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed available real-money Balance; and (d) no active fraud investigation or compliance hold is in place on the Account.

xh777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but does not guarantee specific processing times as these are also dependent on third-party payment providers. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever this is technically possible.

6.4 Refused Transactions

xh777 reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by xh777 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to satisfy Wagering Requirements within the stated period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

xh777 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated betting with other users to exploit promotional terms; low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds to real funds without genuine risk; and any other strategy that xh777 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of promotional offers.

7.4 Promotion Amendments

xh777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect any entitlement already properly acquired by a User in accordance with the promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the xh777 Platform are subject to acceptance at the Platform's discretion. xh777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed by users identified as professional or sharp bettors, or in markets where our maximum liability thresholds have been reached.

8.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error or data feed issue, xh777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account. "Obviously incorrect price" means a price that is materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed, as determined by reference to comparable markets.

8.3 Cricket, PSL and Sporting Events

xh777 offers betting markets on Pakistan cricket including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other domestic and international matches. All cricket and sporting bets are governed by the specific sport rules and market rules displayed on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the Platform's stated market rules shall take precedence.

8.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games and live dealer products available on xh777 are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. The rules of any specific game displayed in the game client supersede any general reference to that game type elsewhere on the Platform.

8.5 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a bet settlement, game result or transaction must be raised with the xh777 support team via the Platform's Live Chat or Help Centre within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. xh777 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written outcome. The decision of xh777 on bet settlement disputes is final subject to any applicable escalation process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xh777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or circumvent any aspect of the Platform's systems, odds, or game mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity corruption.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to fund an Account or place bets.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing xh777 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another user's Account or any part of the Platform's systems without authorisation.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

xh777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account and withhold associated balances pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected or identified.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the xh777 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, trademarks, logos, text content, graphics, game content and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to xh777. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence in respect of any such intellectual property.

You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of xh777.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xh777 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.
• Any legal liability arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms limits xh777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Responsible Gambling

xh777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable users to manage their play. The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all Account holders via the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your Account.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the xh777 support team via the Platform's Live Chat or Help Centre. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by xh777

xh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, including where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (e) we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of our Services.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money Balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any applicable compliance review.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xh777 holds its operating licence, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Users in Pakistan are reminded that applicable Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may have implications for their participation in online gaming, and that these Terms do not override any applicable mandatory local law.

Amendments to Terms

xh777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform — for example by displaying a notice on the homepage or sending a message to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
